In New.ini there is already all asigment I think. In "Edit->Open original WAD file" you can open doom 2 wad file and then you can assign gba graphic elements to original graphic elements and convert original graphics to gba format. File->Open->New.ini - it will load and you will see all tabs filled with resources.
